  4. Reports found to be baseless or intended for defamation may be dismissed.

Processing Procedure Submission (Within 5 days) → Report registration → Consultation → Satisfaction (Handling of objections within 5 days, choices: Y or N) → Conclusion (if Y is selected) → Follow-up management (Monitoring twice a year for up to two years, depending on the case). Objection (if N is selected) → Returns to Consultation stage.
